Khaled Abdelaziz Mohamed El Dokani is the Head of Region AMEA, Holcim Group, Switzerland. He is an accomplished Chief Executive Officer with over 32 years of experience, 22 years at Holcim driving strategic growth and maximizing revenue across diverse industries. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a proven track record in developing innovative business strategies, successfully leading teams to enhance customer engagement and expand market reach, Mr. Khaled has a proven track record of companies restructuring and turnarounds.

Mr. Khaled has been a valued member of LafargeHolcim, where he has excelled in various leadership roles, including CFO of Algeria, Vice President for business Development and Strategy in the US, CEO of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Nigeria and Holcim Egypt and GM of Iraq, he spearheads commercial initiatives that align with the company’s vision, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence, Business Turnarounds and Restructuring.

Recognized for his ability to foster cross-functional collaboration, Mr. Khaled builds lasting client relationships and leverages market insights to inform decision-making. Additionally, he has held key positions in Ready-mix and Aggregates Business Development and Strategy, as well as serving as Vice President in Eastern Canada and the USA.

Mr. Khaled holds a degree in Commerce and Accounting from the University of Alexandria, Egypt.
