Ms. Rupali Haque Chowdhury brings dynamism to business leadership, serving as Managing Director of Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited with 40 years of enriching journey. 

She started her career with the multinational pharmaceutical and chemical Company, Ciba Geigy (Bangladesh) Limited and was Brand Manager while leaving the company in 1990. 

Ms. Rupali Chowdhury joined Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited in 1990 as Planning Manager and during her tenure, she worked for various departments such as marketing, sales, supply chain, and systems under different supervisory capacities. She became the Managing Director on 1 January 2008 and completed her tenure on 31 July 2026. Currently she is the Executive Director, BPBL Subsidiaries; Coordination Director, Joint Ventures; and Non-Executive Director, Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited. She is also Director of Jenson & Nicholson (Bangladesh) Limited, Jenson & Nicholson Packaging Limited, Berger Tech Consulting Ltd., Berger Becker Bangladesh Limited and Berger Fosroc Limited. 

Currently Ms. Rupali Chowdhury is the President of the Foreign Investors' Chamber Of Commerce & Industry (FICCI). She is an Independent Director of British American Tobacco Bangladesh PLC. Ms. Rupali Chowdhury served the Foreign Investors’ Chamber of Commerce & Industries (FICCI) as President for three terms earlier. 

She holds an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka, and a Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Chemistry from the University of Chittagong.
